The Durable Water Repellent-treated nylon fabric dries faster to keep you comfortable and allows for easy washing. The full inseam gusset lets the Amphi move with you, and multiple security zip pockets keep items safe. The legs zip off to become 10" shorts when you need to adapt to warm weather.

Wore for a couple weeks of backpacking coupled w/ boxer-briefs & shirt of the same company/fabric.The nylon fabric is as breathable and nice as you'd expect if you've ever worn nylon garments (if you haven't, you ought to).Not quite a five-star product as, at least for me, the zippers (despite being covered) chafed a bit in shorts-mode.One nice touch: the zippers are different colors on each leg to assist when turning them back into pants.
