Prior to my church league softball season starting several weeks ago, I was searching the internet (Amazon in particular) for a jersey to purchase so my wife could use her Cricuit to print numbers/names on it. When I came across this one I loved the color selection as well as the pinstriping/shoulder striping design. Simple, but major league-esqu elegant.Being that the purchase price was $16.99 I was extremely sceptical that the quality would be a low grade tee-shirt quality material that you would find at Walmart. Likewise, many reviews indicated that its fit was not accurate to the sizing chart. For the price I took a risk in that if it was cheap quality material, it would still work for church league.When I received the package, I was EXTREMELY surprised at the quality and manufacture of the jersey. Everything about the manufacturing felt as if this was an actual professional/minor league/college level jersey that any of those players would wear on a daily basis. The material is thick, well sewed together, buttons are firmly secured, and after several games, it has withstood everything I've thrown at it with flying colors. Not only that, but there was a sticker on it indicating that it's original price was $49.99. Even that price felt inexpensive for the quality of material!If you are looking for a jersey for actual competitive softball/baseball teams that will work for printing numbers on and will have a legit professional look, you can NOT go wrong with this jersey. As a 6'4" tall guy weighing around 215-220lbs, I ordered the XL and it fits me completely fine. Plenty of room without being baggy, and not overly tight.
